Couch to 50K routes. These routes will allow you to progressively increase the distance you cycle and reach the target distance of 50km (30 miles) in 6 weeks. You can of course do this at a frequency to suit you. 

Week 1 – 9.6 miles (anti-clockwise)

Week 2 – 13.6 miles (21.8km) clockwise

Week 3 – 18.3 miles (29.3km) anti-clockwise

Week 4 – 22.1 miles (33.6km) clockwise with an optional stop at Cotswolds Distillery

Week 5 – 26.3 miles (42 km) clockwise with an optional stop at the Garden Shed in Wellesbourne

Week 6 – 31.6 miles (50.9 km) anticlockwise with an optional stop at Newton’s Bakery in Blackminster (closed Sundays)
